Introduction
This policy explains how Christophe Marcellin Immobilier Inc. acting for Century 21 Immo-Plus (“we”) handle your information when you use this page, take part in our promotional efforts more broadly, or interact with our Messenger bot.

The Terms of Use are also displayed directly within the Messenger bot at the beginning of the conversation, so users can review them before providing any personal information.

1. Data we may collect

• Voluntarily provided data: first name, last name, phone number, email address, details of your real estate project, and messages sent to the bot.

• Technical data: Messenger identifier (PSID), timestamps, events (e.g., receipt/read), and diagnostic information.

2. Purposes of use

• To answer your questions and qualify your project.

• To put you in contact with an advisor only if you request it.

• To improve the Service (logging, debugging, security).

3. Data sharing

• Limited access for authorized staff at Christophe Marcellin Immobilier Inc.

• Essential processors (hosting, analytics tools, AI platform, Google Sheets, etc.).

• Data is never sold.

4. Retention period
We retain data for as long as necessary to follow up on your request (by default: 12 months), unless a different legal obligation applies. You may request deletion (see “Your rights”).

5. Legal basis
Consent and legitimate interest (customer service). For marketing purposes, separate consent is required and can be withdrawn at any time.

6. International transfers
Some data may be processed or stored on servers located outside of Canada (for example, in the United States). This includes our technology providers such as Meta (Facebook), Google, or OpenAI. We only work with recognized partners and ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information, even when hosted abroad.

7. Security
We apply reasonable measures (access controls, encryption in transit). No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

8. Your rights
Access, rectification, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and deletion.
